Installation

Download from your browser's extension store
Search for "Nurrow" or visit the link from the download page.

Grant permissions
The extension needs permission to read and modify web pages to block sites.

Make sure the desktop app is running
The extension syncs your blocklist from the desktop app.
How It Works
- Syncs your blocklist automatically from the desktop app
- Replaces blocked pages with a focus reminder showing your session timer
- Works completely offline after initial sync
Desktop App Required
The browser extension requires the Nurrow desktop app to be running to sync your blocklist. The extension alone cannot block sites.
