Why I'm keeping a dev diary

Nurrow is a one-person project. I design the pets, write the code, answer the support emails, and film the little launch videos. There's no growth team, no content calendar, and no one to tell me a post idea is bad before I hit publish.

That's exactly why I'm starting this diary. Most of what I read while building Nurrow came from other solo developers writing honestly about their work: the launches that fizzled, the app store rejections, the tiny wins that kept them going. Those posts helped me more than any marketing guide. This is my attempt to pay that forward.

So here's the deal for this page: I'll post when something real happens. A release ships, a milestone lands, something breaks in an instructive way, or I change my mind about something I was sure about. No filler posts to keep a schedule, and no numbers dressed up to look better than they are.
