Delete account

Delete your Ebb account

You can delete your Ebb account and all associated data at any time. No questions, no retention games. Two ways below.

In the app

  1. 1Open Ebb on your device.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. 3Tap confirm.

Your account and synced data are removed immediately.

By email

  1. 1Open your email app.
  2. 2Write to aw2104094@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.
  3. 3Use the subject line: “Delete my Ebb account.”

We process within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (email address, user ID).
  • All check-in entries (energy, stress, mood, symptom tags, timestamps) synced to our backend.
  • Device and session metadata associated with your account.

What is kept, and for how long

Effectively nothing about you is retained after deletion completes, except minimal records we are legally required to keep (for example, abuse and security logs). Those are held for up to 90 days and then erased.

Local data on your device

Ebb stores your check-ins locally in your browser's IndexedDB before they sync. We can't reach data that never left your device. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear site data for the Ebb origin in your browser settings.
